Description

A classic dessert from Grandma Drine’s kitchen. Easy and delicious. Add 50% more chocolate and butterscotch chips to get a thicker layer of gooey goodness on top!

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and whole corn syrup in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. Stir in peanut butter. Stir till smooth.

  3. Pour mixture over Rice Krispies in a large bowl. Mix well.

  4. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.

  5. Spread Rice Krispies mixture evenly in pan.

  6. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in double boiler or small bowl over a pan of water.

    Be careful so water doesn’t get on chips.
  7. Spread melted chocolate sauce over the pan of Rice Krispies.

  8. Allow to cool and cover. Cut into bars and serve.
