Easy Chocolate Frosting

Great chocolate frosting to put on cakes, cupcakes, or brownies. Easy to make and extremely yummy! Way better than frosting in a can.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp margarine
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (can use semi-sweet if preferred)

Equipment

  • Hand mixer

Method
 

  1. Add margarine, milk, and sugar together in a pot.
  2. Bring ingredients to a roiling boil and boil for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chocolate chips.
  4. Beat with a mixer for a few minutes until mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Spread evenly onto 9x13 cake.
