Scotheroos
From the Kitchen of Audrine Rost

Scotcheroos

Scotcheroos are a beloved no-bake treat from Grandma Drine’s kitchen that we've enjoyed for decades. These chewy, crispy bars combine peanut butter, crispy rice cereal, and a rich layer of melted chocolate and butterscotch chips for the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Easy to make and impossible to resist, they’re ideal for potlucks, bake sales, or simply satisfying a sudden craving. For an extra-decadent version, add 50% more chocolate and butterscotch chips to create a thicker, gooier topping that takes these classic bars over the top.
