Great chocolate frosting to put on cakes, cupcakes, or brownies. Easy to make and extremely yummy! Way better than frosting in a can.

- Add margarine, milk, and sugar together in a pot.
- Bring ingredients to a roiling boil and boil for 30 seconds.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Beat with a mixer for a few minutes until mixture starts to thicken.
- Spread evenly onto 9×13 cake.
